The Phases: Your Year Inside The Pilates School

Phase 1

Foundation (Months 1–3)

Strength & Posture (Months 4–5)

Here you graduate from beginners into Level 1. The focus is on stabilising your technique, improving posture, and building full-body strength. You’ll feel yourself standing taller, moving stronger, and holding positions with confidence.

Phase 3

Stamina & Flow (Months 6–8)

Now that your foundation is solid, we pick up the pace. These months are about stamina, flow, and energy while still anchored in Pilates principles. You’ll start to feel more toned, energised, and capable of keeping up in faster classes.

Phase 4

Confidence & Variety (Months 9–12)

The final stretch is where everything comes together. You’ll experience group-class style sessions, a wider variety of styles, and guest teachers to keep things fresh and inspiring. This is the phase where you realise: I am a Pilates woman.
