Introducing The Slow Summer Sessions


A collection of 45-minute Pilates sessions designed to help you slow down, move with intention and create more space for yourself throughout the summer.

The classes are general level and best suited to those who already have some Pilates experience.

Through these sessions you'll:

  • Deepen the connection between your body and mind through mindful movement
  • Reconnect with your breath and create a greater sense of calm
  • Release tension and stress while moving with ease
  • Create space for yourself and enjoy the simple pleasure of moving your body
  • Build strength and stability in a way that feels nourishing rather than demanding

7 x 45-Minute Pilates Sessions + 3 x 20-Minute Bonus Poolside Pilates Classes

All classes are general level and suitable for those with some Pilates experience, whether you’ve been practising for a few months or many years.

Modifications will be offered throughout the classes whenever appropriate, so that you can move at a level that feels right for your body.

Frequently Asked Questions

The classes are general level and best suited to those who already have at least 6 months of Pilates experience. If you’re completely new to Pilates, I’d recommend you start with my free classes on youtube or The Beginner’s Pilates Transformation

You have lifetime access to RESILIENT, so you can easily integrate the SLOW SUMMER SESSIONS into your pilates practice over the next 3 months. In terms of level, some classes will be a bit easier than those in RESILIENT and 3-4 about the same level. The energy and the pace is however slower and more intentional to each class

If you have started the Pilates School and have already completed the first 4months of classes, you can join the Slow Summer Sessions and incorporate it into your Pilates practice. 

Yes.The first class, Find Your Flow, is free and available here. Give it a try so that you can experience the style and the pace of the sessions before deciding whether The Slow Summer Sessions are right for you.

You’re welcome to choose the monthly option and stop the subscription whenever suits

Because you’ll be able to experience the first class free on YouTube before joining, we don’t offer refunds on The Slow Summer Sessions.

The Slow Summer Sessions is a seasonal experience available from July 1st until September 30th. All access closes on September 30th.
