For the woman who wants aging to feel like
freedom, not decline
You’ve done the classes. You’ve felt the stretch, the strength, the calm afterwards.
And yet consistency still feels harder than it should.
You start strong.
Then life gets busy or you’re not sure what to do next.
And somehow you’re back to square one again.
In this first phase we make sure that the first hour of your day (or any part of it) doesn't feel like a negotiation with your body
We ease the aches, build steady core support, strengthen your lower back, and establish consistent movement so your body starts working with you
This is where you move beyond beginner level and build the kind of strength that carries into everyday life: standing taller, moving with authority, and feeling stronger than you’ve felt in years.
In this final phase, stamina builds, flexibility increases, and consistency becomes your new normal. You move through longer classes with confidence and ease, fully at home in your body.
I’m Isa-Welly, Pilates teacher, Nutritional Therapist, and Business Mentor.
Over the past decade, I’ve taught more than 1,000 students in person and over 5,000 online through my programs and courses.
I started Pilates in 2007 while touring as a professional dancer. An injury forced me to slow down and Pilates became the practice that rebuilt my body properly.
Now, at 42 and a mother to a toddler, I understand more than ever that daily movement is about shaping how the next decades feel and look.
Beyond Pilates, I want to show you how to build a body you can rely on as the years move forward.
