Pilates teacher of 12+ years, former Professional dancer, Nutritionist, Business mentor, Mum, and the creator of The Pilates School.

After years of burnout and rebuilding myself from the inside out, I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, supported and connected to their bodies again, especially in midlife, when our bodies and minds deserve more care, not less.
