RESILIENT

Join now

An 8-week Intermediate Pilates programme for women ready to progress their strength and develop resilience, stability and control through more challenging, dynamic movement.

You’ve been doing Pilates for a while now

You know the foundational exercises and feel confident following a class
You move with control, your body understands the work

Pilates has become something you return to again and again because it makes you feel grounded, focused, and strong in your body.
You feel off when you haven’t spent time on the mat.

But lately… something has shifted.

Beginner classes feel too easy
General level classes are fine… but not quite it
Advanced classes feel rushed, harder, and not always supportive.

Yet you can feel there’s more strength available in your body, and you're ready to go further.

You want to build strength in a way that still feels supportive, intelligent and controlled, not random hard classes that feel punishing or rushed.

Strength becomes more important as the years go on.
Muscle mass, joint stability, balance and recovery are what support you through busy days, and life ups and downs.

You don’t just want to move well in class
You want to feel stronger, yes, but also more stable, more capable, more resilient.

INTRODUCING RESILIENT

RESILIENT is built on over a decade of teaching Pilates and movement,
using a progressive structure I’ve refined over years,
and designed to build true physical resilience.

By the end of RESILIENT, you’ll have strength that actually shows up outside the workout not just in class, but in how you move through your day

✔️ Walk up the stairs without your legs burning, feeling stronger and more capable in your body

✔️ Pick something up from the floor and feel supported through your knees and hips

✔️ Catch your balance mid-movement and feel steady instead of automatically bracing

✔️ Carry yourself taller at the end of a long day, your posture holding even when you’re tired

✔️ Move through faster, more challenging classes with control, feeling confident in your strength

✔️ Recover quicker from minor injuries and everyday illnesses, your body more resilient overall

Inside the program

4 clear and intentional phases of progressive classes
18 pre-recorded sessions from 15-35 minutes
A structured 8-week progression for faster, visible results
Clear technique breakdowns so your strength keeps improving

Here is what happens in each phase

Phase 1- Stability

Why stability first? Because it helps reduce unnecessary strain on your joints and allows your muscles to work more efficiently, which makes strength work safer and more effective as we progress

In these 4 classes of 25min, we slow things down, we challenge precision and we build control that protects your joints.

Phase 2 - Strength and Mobility

Across 6 classes we gradually introduce more load and more challenge, building muscle, improving mobility and helping your body move well under effort.

This is the phase that starts to translate directly into real life – lifting, carrying, reaching, and feeling more capable in your body.

Phase 3: Amplitude

In this phase, you’ll move through my signature flows. This is where movement becomes more fluid, linking strength, balance and coordination into continuous flow.

These classes will help you build stamina, flexibility and bring a sense of openness in your body

Phase 4: Breathe and Reach

These 4 classes focus on stretch, fascia release and breathwork to help reduce tension, support recovery and make the strength you’ve built feel sustainable.

Because resilience is not just about what your body can do when pushed, it is also about how well it restores.

What my students are saying...

"Having used Isa Welly's Youtube videos for a couple of years and made great progress with them, I'd been waiting for the right online course to purchase, and Resilient is perfect. There is so much to do and I know I will do it many times over in the next few years, so I know I will get a lot out of it. The intermediate level is perfectly pitched, and every class is a delight, with good stretch but not too much exertion. I really like the inclusion of more relaxation-/ breathing-focused classes but I am particularly loving the strength classes, as this is my weak point but so important to practice in middle age; in just two or three sessions with weights, I already feel stronger! I have already recommended the course to many friends, as I always do with Welly's videos. A few weeks ago, a friend convinced me to try a very popular local reformer class and I was ready to get hooked, but for me, using Welly's material is a no-brainer - it is so much more chill and holistic. All the best, and many thanks for all your great work!"

I’m Isa-Welly, Pilates teacher, Nutritional Therapist, and Business Mentor.

Over the past decade, I’ve taught more than 1,000 students in person and over 5,000 online through my programs and courses.

I started Pilates in 2007 while touring as a professional dancer. An injury forced me to slow down and Pilates became the practice that rebuilt my body properly.

Now, at 42 and a mother to a toddler, I understand more than ever that daily movement is about  shaping how the next decades feel and look

Beyond Pilates, I want to show you how to build a body you can rely on as the years move forward.

What happens when you go through RESILIENT

✔️ You build deeper core stability, not just strength but control that supports your joints.

✔️ You develop lean muscle and full-body strength in a way that feels sustainable.

✔️ You improve balance and coordination, helping your body feel more steady and capable.

✔️ You increase stamina and flow, moving with more confidence and ease.

✔️ You build joint resilience and mobility, supporting your body long-term.

✔️ You develop the kind of strength that carries you beyond the mat and into everyday life.

What my students are saying...

"I can wholeheartedly recommend this Pilates program! It is exceptionally well designed, with every session thoughtfully structured to complement the next. It nurtures both body and mind in the most balanced and inspiring way. What I appreciate most is that it allows you to progress at your own pace. Whether you're just starting out or already have Pilates experience, the program meets you where you are. It is challenging enough for more advanced participants, while still being accessible for beginners-you definitely don't have to be a pro to enjoy and benefit from it. Step by step, it has helped me become a stronger, healthier, and more confident version of myself-both physically and mentally. The program offers professional training of the highest quality, combining everything you need for long-term strength and well-being: breathing techniques, stretching, mobility, and effective workouts. And Isa is simply wonderful. She has been an inspiration to me for over 13 years, ever since I started training with her after the birth of my child. She helped me become fitter than ever before, and she continues to be a true role model. I'm incredibly grateful for her guidance and can't recommend her enough!"

Eva

"I'm soon to be 66 and l've enjoyed the Resilient classes very much. I needed to step up from the beginner level. I feel much stronger through my core now. I enjoyed the variety of moves from week to week and looked forward to the sessions every day. Several of the exercises were very challenging and I will continue to work on them. The breath exercises were a surprise to me and a welcomed bonus. Thank you."

Janet from SW Florida

"Resilient was exactly what I needed when I needed it. This class is perfect for folks that have followed you and repeated your classes hundreds of times and were so ready for an intermediate challenge. That said, this physically-challenged sufferer of rheumatoid arthritis can still complete and thrive with this series. Resilient is easy to personalize and interpret to your needs. I found the course challenging yet accessible and includes such a fantastic new line up of moves. I can't thank you enough for keeping my body moving and strong despite my disease."

No this programme isn’t designed for beginners.I recommend you start with a beginner Pilates programme or The Pilates School first.

RESILIENT is designed for women who have been practising Pilates consistently for a while, feel confident in a beginner class, and are ready to move beyond that level.

No, this programme is not suitable during pregnancy.

Classes range from 18 to 35 minutes, with most sessions around 22–25 minutes.

For your first round, I recommend following the full 8-week structure as designed. The calendar is set for 5 sessions per week, but you can absolutely go at your own pace if needed.

You have lifetime access, so there’s no pressure to rush. When you repeat the programme, you can then choose the classes you find most beneficial or enjoyable.

YouTube is a great place to start. RESILIENT is structured progression.

Instead of choosing random classes, you follow a clear path where each phase builds on the last, so your body actually adapts and gets stronger over time.

You don’t have to think about what to do next, you just follow the plan.

You’ll need:

  • A Pilates mat
  • Light dumbbells (2–3kg)
  • A Pilates ball (around 18cm)

These props are part of the programme design and are needed to get the most out of it. Yoga blocks are optional but helpful.

You’ll have lifetime access to the programme. You can go through it at your own pace and come back to it whenever you need.

Yes there is a 7-day refund guarantee. If you join and feel it’s not the right fit for you, you can request a refund within the first 7 days.

After that period, refunds are not available.
