About me

I’m Isa-Welly, Pilates teacher, Nutritional therapist and Business Mentor. I’ve taught Pilates to more than 1,000 students in person and over 400,000 online.

I discovered Pilates in 2007 while touring as a dancer after an injury forced me to pause. It’s been my anchor ever since.

At 42, I know strength isn’t optional. It’s what allows us to move well, age powerfully and keep showing up for the life we want.
