Movement has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

Growing up, I swam, played tennis and of course danced….a lot!
Dancing was and still is my favourite way of expressing myself, finding joy, and feeling free.
And it became my job for over a decade.

With time and age, carrying more, becoming a mum, experiencing life’s changes I found a deeper connection and immense gratitude for my forever home: my body.

And pilates has been the practice that has been my anchor for the past 20 years.

It helped me get stronger and prevent injuries as a professional dancer.
It supported me through numerous burnouts.
It held me through postpartum recovery.
And it’s keeping me steady in my early 40s, a season where my body is asking for resilience and flexibility.

It continues to be the practice that helps me move through life with more ease, strength, and softness.

My classes are simple, accessible, and created with real women in mind, especially women who are returning to movement after a long break, or who want to feel at home in their bodies again.

You don’t need to be fit, flexible, or anything other than yourself to start.

All you need is a little space, a mat, and a willingness to care for your body in this season of your life.
